Hi, I’m Katy… educator turned business professional. As a former public-school principal and high school teacher in the Northern Virginia area who transitioned to the corporate world, I know first-hand the challenges educators face when looking to break out of traditional education and change careers.
In my time as a principal, I grew to recognize and prioritize the importance of hiring the right people the first time around.
